Half-way through my visit to the Willamette Valley in Oregon and already I’m overloaded with more notes and experiences than I can easily get down on paper. I can already see that I need to pull together all that I’m learning about Oregon geology and vineyard conditions, different approaches to growing Pinot Noir, and comments on vintages 2006, 2007, and 2008.
