We’ve done a lot of great wine dinners over the years, but I can’t think of one that matches this one for the perfect blend of great flavor and STAGGERING value! Join us at McLean’s own Café Oggi on Sunday, May 20, at 5pm to meet Antonio Chiavaroli, manager of d’Abruzzo’s Marramiero estate. You’ll enjoy a guided tour of all 12 – yes a full dozen! – wines made by Marramiero and then feast on a five course tasting menu with paired Marramiero wines.
And, the cost for all this – Just $55.00 per person (plus tip)! Yup – a winemaker tasting of 12 wines followed by a five course Italian feast for just $55.00 (plus tip) per person!
We’ll start on Sunday afternoon at 5pm with a little background on the estate and vineyards from the Antonio and then move through a guided tasting of 12 wines:

Then, after we try the wines solo, Café Oggi’s Renato Scozia and Marramiero’s importer, Maurzio Farro, have worked together to create a fantastic tasting menu that lets selected wines show off how they sing with food. We’ll enjoy:
