Looking for something that’s not in stock? Give us a call or send us an email – we’re happy to see if we can track it down for you. When product is available, we place special orders for a minimum of six bottles or $100 in value for each wine ordered. We must have pre-payment or credit card information on file before we will place a special order, and you will be charged as soon as the wine arrives in our store.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for special order wines. We will do our best to secure replacement bottles for any bad bottles, but cannot guarantee bad-bottle replacements will be possible.
