One of the most consistently excellent dry Rieslings in the world - and we do mean "dry"!
"The 2012 Pewsey Vale Riesling opens with fragrant aromas of peach blossoms, orange peel and kumquat with hints of chalk dust and fennel seeds. This light-bodied, dry and refreshingly crisp Riesling has great intensity of expressive flavors through the long finish. Drink it now to 2020+."Wine Advocate 90+ points
- Dandelion Vineyards Lionheart Barossa Shiraz 2010 Product #26630 (In Stock)

There's good lift and brightness to the powerfully ripe fruit here from an old-vine (many 100+ year-old vines) in the heart of Barossa.
"Glass-staining purple. Aromas and flavors of candied dark fruits and violet, with subtle smokiness and a touch of black pepper. Smooth and seamless in texture, with very good finishing power and persistent florality."Wine Advocate 91 points
"Focused, juicy and broad, but refreshingly balanced, lifting the dark, ripe blackberry, cherry and spice flavors with lively acidity. Finishes with snap. Drink now through 2017."Wine Spectator 90 points
- Torbreck Woodcutter's Shiraz Barossa Valley 2011 Product #27246 (In Stock)
-
-
Another fine release of this all-time Austrailan Shiraz value classic.
"The 2011 Woodcutters Shiraz doesn’t miss a beat in this difficult vintage. Deep garnet-purple colored, it is scented of cassis, black plums and macerated blackberries over nuances of charcoal, black pepper, smoked duck breast and violets. Full-bodied and packed with black berry and savory meat and mineral flavors, it is nicely poised in the mouth with a taut backbone of medium level rounded tannins and just enough acid, finishing with a good persistence of pepper and spice notes. Drink this one now to 2018+."Wine Advocate 91 points
- Mollydooker The Boxer Shiraz 2011 Product #27082 (In Stock)
-
-
"Matured 11 months in American oak, 60% new, the 2011 The Boxer Shiraz gives a deep garnet-purple color and aromas of creme de cassis, blackberry preserves and mocha plus an undercurrent of vanilla and cedar. The palate is very generously fruited, offering a whopping mouthful of spiced blackberry flavors with a low to medium level of silky tannins, enlivening acid and a long finish. Drink this one now to 2016+.
Botrytis wiped out Mollydooker’s Adelaide Hills and Langhorne Creek vineyards in 2011 yet the top vineyards in McLaren Vale were largely unaffected. The vintage yielded moderate heat, not nearly as hot as the previous vintages, and although the Scooter Merlot could not be made in 2011, other wines in the Mollydooker did not miss a beat."Wine Advocate 89 points

A blockbuster, old-vine, Barossa Shiraz from vines 35 - 120 years-old.

Potent, palate-coating blackberry and mulberry flavors are enlivened by juicy acidity and pick up an exotic peach pit nuance with air. Finishes smooth and sweet, with lingering licorice and floral notes."International Wine Cellar 92 points
"Broad and generous, with a spicy edge to the cherry and dried cranberry flavors, rolling smoothly, wrapped in fine tannins, through a long, expressive finish."Wine Spectator 91 points
