From Oregon specialist Peter Rosback, this Pinot Gris from just across the river in the Columbia Gorge is one of the best we've had in years. Richly textured like Alsace Pinot Gris but with Italian Pinot Grigo acidity and oodles of ripe pear, citrus peal, kiwi, and dusty mineral aromas and flavors lifted by zingy lemon and grapefruit acids. Intense but not heavy, great with Asian or spicy foods.

Powerful, rich and very limited.
"The Sineann 2010 Block One represents Rosback’s under-300 case production from the eponymous parcel of Cabernet Sauvignon on Champoux Vineyard. Tobacco, resinous herbs and nut oils mingle with blackberry and cassis on an alluring nose and sweetly rich, expansive, finely tannic palate.
