This is a classic Chardonnay that straddles New World and Old World styles with a creamy texture, ripe orchard fruit and pineapple, and just the right touch of spicy oak and fresh butter on the end. From a prime vineyard in northern Galilee, it's Kosher for Passover, but more than delicious enough to enjoy all year long.

Handpicked grapes from northern Galilee vineyards get a gentle crush, cool fermentation, and then 5 months aging in French oak. The result is just what you'd hope for in a fine Napa Merlot - loads of ripe redcurrant and plum fruit, swirling spice, and just the right touch of fresh herb for complexity and character. Soft and easygoing on the long finish, but with more than enough hidden structure to pair with anything from lamb to brisket to grilled steaks or mushrooms. Delicious and very fine value - and Kosher to boot!
