Adami Prosecco Tranquillo Giardino 2012 Product #28346 (In Stock)
Adami Prosecco Tranquillo Giardino 2012 Adami Prosecco Tranquillo Giardino 2012

"Tranquillo" means "still" - as in, this is wine from Prosecco that doesn't have any fizz! Fizzy Prosecco is a fairly recent tradition in the hills around the Italian village of Prosecco near Trieste, but crisp, tangy, still white wine has been grown here for centuries.  This is a throwback to that time, but with modern skills.  It's a blend 0f 90% Glera and 10% Chardonnay, ripened to a brisk 11% abv and then fermented dry in stainless steel.  As you'd expect, crisp and bright but with plenty of creamy, tropical, fruit and zesty lime character, too.  Rare, mouthwatering, and lots of fun to drink.

Adami Prosecco Bosco Di Gica NV Product #5592 (In Stock)
Adami Prosecco Bosco Di Gica NV Adami Prosecco Bosco Di Gica NV

A stylish Prosecco made primarily from the Glera (formerly "Prosecco") grape plus 3 or 4% Chardonnay for texture and named for the region where the Adami family's first vineyards were located.  The aromas and flavors are classic - lemon, golden apple, peach, pineapple and just a hint of toasted nut. The texture is extraordinary, though, with a creamy richness and zesty definition not often seen in Prosecco.  A touch of sea brine and passion fruit comes up on the clean, crisp, finish as your mouth waters and your hand reaches back to pour another glass.  Compelling and great value, too!

Adami Prosecco Vigneto Giardino 2012 Product #28345 (In Stock)
Adami Prosecco Vigneto Giardino 2012 Adami Prosecco Vigneto Giardino 2012

Abele Adami purchased the Giardino vineyard in 1920 and by 1933, it was recognized as Prosecco's first "Cru" or great vineyard.  For more nearly 95 years, the Adami family has been making stunning sparkling wine from this famous site. As always, the 2012 Vigneto Giardino is 100% Glera with 3 months lees contact for extra richness and depth.  Spicy aromas of apple, peach, and acacia lead to a rich, deeply textured, mouthful of round tree fruit and chalky spice.  Tastes "important" and classy without losing its sense of joy.  Simply delicious.
