As always, a powerful, intense, take on Sancerre but one with enough refinement to enjoy on its own as well. Bold aromas of juicy pink grapefruit, melon, and flint lead to round flavors of citrus, state, and melon with a chalky minerality running throughout. Enough acidity to preserve freshness, but turning round and gentle on the long finish.
