On the palate it's crisp and refreshing, with a streak of sophisticated minerality on the finish. This delightful Sauvignon Blanc comes from one of the many lesser-known pockets of the Loire Valley that make wonderful wines, but are overshadowed by more famous neighbors. We hope that the Coteaux du Giennois stays under the radar so that we can keep buying it at this great price!
