Aromas and flavors feature ripe and tangy blueberry and blackberry fruit accented by a dash of bitter chocolate and hint of Syrah's characteristic rare meat. The flavors are fantastically pure and the texture light and elegant, but there's plenty of intensity and depth here, too. Fine grained tannins and just the right touch of spice and meat support the long, berry-filled, finish. Just about perfect for roast pork or beef tenderloin!
