The aromas show off ripe citrus and a touch of stone fruit that are echoed on the round, ripe, palate where a touch of fresh almond weaves in and out. The classic gunflint minerality comes up on the long, really delicious, finish. Great with chevre, salads, seafood, or even richer poultry dishes.
