Spiced cherry & plum flavors are joined by notes of cocoa and complemented by fine velvety tannins. A little Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Petit Verdot help drive the fruit forward and keep things soft and lush.

Efeste keeps turning out fascinating, delicious, and wonderfully food-friendly wines from their vineyards in Washington's Columbia Valley. Final Final is one of the few blended wines they make, a marriage of Cabernet Sauvignon (56%), Syrah (42%), and Mouvedre (2%). Cab provides the backbone of the wine, delivering structure, power, and black currant fruit. The Syrah adds juicy black fruits and a touch of spice. Even this tiny bit of Mouvedre delivers more spice and fantastic earthy note. At only 13.3% ABV, this is fresh and bright as well as rich and deep. Fantastic steak and grilled meat wine!
