One of the best values around today. The Alto Tierruca is a Chilean Sauvignon Blanc (I know, we didn't know Chile made Sauvignon Blanc either) that comes from the Lontue Valley, an area that receives plenty of warm sunshine and cool Pacific Breezes.
The wine a crisp refreshing white wine, with notes of tropical fruit, lemon, and minerlity. The wine goes well with many lighter fare dishes, as well as with spiced up asian cuisine.
