The 2009 Laukote Tempranillo is packed with crunchy red cherry and plum fruit, baking spice and even hints of vanilla – but not from wood, because this was raised entirely in stainless steel. Vibrant acids and lovely ripe tannins frame the wine and keep it juicy and fresh. Drink this like you would a really good Beaujolais or Chinon – lightly chilled and with a huge range of foods. A fine match for turkey, pork, or any lighter meat and anything with sage or fresh herb. Scrumptious!
