Another great wine from our friends at LVDH. This is an inexpessive 100% Sauvignon Blanc from Bordeaux, but I don't think you could call it that blind. The wine has slight notes of white pineapple and honey suckle. The palate is a bit broader than you would expect from a white Bordeaux, which made us guess there was some Muscat and Semillon in there to give the wine weight. But no. Just a cleverly made crips, dry, white wine that delivers delicious notes of golden pear, green apple, and white peppered pinepple. A great wine to pair with white fish dishes or anything with with a soft citrus sauce.
