This is one of our favorite VALUE white wines. The grapes are grown in a mixture of clay and limestone giving the wine both depth and striking minerality. The blend is 70% Airen and 30% Macabeo with a strong fresh-fruit element. Delicious flavors of lemon zest, white pepper and salty pear come through. A VERY dry white wine that is a steal! Pairs great with grilled shellfish dishes.
