This screaming value in top-quality Village Chablis is grown in vineyards between the 1er Cru sites of Vaillons and Montmains, just below Chablis’ best 1er cru, Montee de Tonnerre. Full of yeasty/stony notes and with very good length and cut for this level. This is one to keep on hand for summer sipping or to pair with shellfish all year long.
