From one of our favorite Rhone producers, the 2006 Vaucluse brings a soft dried rose petal to nose, with brighter notes of raspberry and red plum on the nose. On the palate, the jusice is relaxed and easy-going. The Grenache delivers a spiced raspberry and the syrah kicks in with a tinge of inky blueberry. A fresh wine that is easy to enjoy with something classic like an herb, roasted Chicken, or something a little more domesic, like barbecue ribs. Either/or, it's easy to enjoy.
