This is the first vintage ever for this wine, and it’s one of the most exciting whites we’ve seen from Argentina at any price point. A fantastic summer sipper but with the complexity and texture needed to work well with a wide range of shellfish dishes. The texture is creamy - like a fine Chardonnay - but with an extra layer of grapefruit, passion fruit and star fruit flavors from the Sauvignon Blanc and Torrentes. For all the ripe flavors, the finish is clean, fresh, and refreshing - a perfect summer white.
