This St. Emilion-style blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc is grown entirely at our Josie's Knoll vineyard. Black pepper, mocha and a distinct cedar nose complement the supple black cherry palate and creamy finish. Held in barrel for one year followed by 13 months in bottle before release, this wine is ready now but will stand the test of time beautifully.
