About the most thirst quenching, refreshing, just plain delightful hot-weather wine we’ve ever seen! A classic Piemonte Gavi made from 100% Cortese fermented and aged in stainless steel and bottled young and fresh. Cooling and refreshing from first sniff as aromas of fresh flowers and lemon oil whaft from the glass. In them mouth its soft and round at first with plenty of tart green apple, lemon, lime, pink citrus and green melon fruit on display. About halfway back, the acidity comes forward and lifts the fruit up and delivers a bright, mouthwatering, finish. Fantastic value!
