Alright, so the bottle isn't the classiest thing in the world, but the wine is pretty damn fun. It's a great selection from one of the top German importers, Terry Thiesen. The wine is very accessible for Riesling fans and newbies alike. It's very crisp with nice tinges of lemon zest, pineapple, kiwi, and white pepper. The finish is classic Mosel with that typical slatey, mineral finish. A great pairing for Asian dishes.
