More "Bourgogne" than "Aligote," this is a stunning white Burgundy value. A touch of wood from used barrels frames spicy citrus, apple, and fresh butter aromas. Rich and deep on the palate where a hint of fresh herb adds complexity to the rich citrus and orchard fruit flavors with accents of buttered nut and crushed chalk. Really coats your mouth but stays fresh and pure and shows impressive length on the palate and finish.
